Job Description:

Responsible for assisting the Project Manager to Analyze the requirements, to do the Impact Analysis of the CR (change request), to find Gap Analysis between the existing and proposed solution, write the specs and do the coding.

Job Responsibilities:

Business Recovery – The ability to develop, document and test plans for disaster recovery and business continuity
SQERT based project Analysis
Responsible for collecting information related to projects and deliver the assignments against the agreed baselines.
Application Programming – The ability to code and test modules that meet the design specifications in ORACLE 10g/ 11g, PL/SQL experience is a must.
Configuring & Optimizing the System – The ability to ensure optimum system operation through the use of system rules, control parameters or commands
Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Struts, Spring, and Java Script frameworks. 1-2 projects Implementation experience in preferred.
Change Management Analysis and Processes – The ability to coordinate changes, recognize potential problems and understand impacts before changes are implemented
Project Management methodology applied to software development projects

Job Requirements:

Good English Communication Skills
Project Management Certification (preferred)

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
Hands on experience in ,UI Designing, JBoss FUSE for Integration and SQERT based project Analysis
Required 5+ years of experience in JAVA and J2EE technologies, Oracle PL/SQL development
SUN JAVA Certified (preferred)
Oracle Certified Professional
