Job Responsibilities:
- Identify new opportunities, find selling opportunities using new contacts.
- Ensure all customer transactions are completely and accurately recorded.
- Responsible for the assigned Sales targets for the Cleaning Services division.
- Create opportunities within / outside the group companies, Ports, Freezone, Banking, Corporate, Government and Oil & Gas industries market segments.
- Exploring new market opportunities by identifying prospects and through market intelligence; effectively research and analyze new business opportunities within the UAE market segmentation and develop individual Sales Plans.
- Develop and maintain good relationship with clients with a goal to increase revenue for the company which may include negotiating rates, monthly, quarterly and/or yearly contracts, etc.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (Arabic would be an advantage)
- Facility Management industry experience is mandatory
- Client relationship management
Qualification & Experience:
- Required atleast 3+ years UAE experience in soft services sales
- Bachelors degree / MBA preferred
