Job Description:

Vectrus is seeking a motivated & dynamic Senior Cybersecurity team member to provide leadership, organizational and analytical skills necessary to ensure Cybersecurity requirements are met on currently awarded product development initiatives. The technology includes robotics, Augmented Reality, network, and Smart Storage solutions designed to be fielded on a 5G supplied network. This role would require one to manage and provide governance for Cybersecurity for a new contract(s) and their associated systems under development. This role requires a strong mix of Cybersecurity technology, people and process management and analytical problem-solving skills. Work can primarily be performed remotely.

The applicant should possess the ability to collaborate with both project and Government personnel in execution of the effort for the Department of the Navy, help manage the customer relationship, and have excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Contribute to security control implementation and vulnerability remediation.
Lead creation/update/maintenance of required RMF documents such as network diagrams, POA&M, security assessment plan, disaster recovery plan, continuous monitoring plan, system security plan, etc.
Subject matter expert (SME) in Risk Management Framework (RMF) for multiple programs.
Assist with categorizing new system confidentiality, integrity, and availability levels.
Help select required security controls based on system risk assessment.
Primary team member responsible for maintaining packages in Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS).
Guide teams through ATO process while successfully implementing project technical requirements.
Represent cybersecurity effort for the team during customer meetings and briefings.
Provide cybersecurity technical & engineering support for network and compute infrastructure.

Job Requirements:

Demonstrated successful ATO award(s).
Skilled in technical writing to create/edit RMF documentation.
IATT and ATO package preparation for Department of Defense information systems.

Qualification & Experience:

Experience working with US Navy or government contracts
Bachelor’s degree in STEM field.
Previous experience in ATO package evaluation and authorization
Hands-on experience with DoD cybersecurity tools such as STIGs, SCAP, and ACAS.
Minimum of 5-10 years of experience with cybersecurity implementation and package creation in an IT and networking environment.
Professional certification as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Certification disciple.
Warehousing or logistics experience
