Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:
- Support the team in planning and coordination of the tMerchant program activities.
- Partner acquisition, on-boarding, and conversion through collaborations with the local sales, finance teams
- Any relevant task as delegated by the direct manager.
- Keep all team members up to date with relevant program progress and information
- Support cross functional collaborations & manage stakeholders, both internal, and external
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities to analyze the sales prospects.
Job Requirements:
- Skills – Excellent communication and negotiation skills, proven leadership, problem solving attitude, thinking out of the box, comfortable working in large multi-cultural teams
- Know-how – Understanding of sales performance metrics, knowledge of F&B industry is a plus
- Qualities – Independent, capable of self-organizing and meeting targets, flexible, able to meet deadlines
Qualification & Experience:
- Experience – 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, lead generation, marketing or any related field
- Education – BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
