Job Responsibilities:
- Verify surgeon’s request with patient’s request (match)
- Process device requests when received from surgeon’s office.
- Coordinate activation and follow up appointments with audiologist and surgeon’s office
- Initiate and track cochlear implant RMAs and orders for patients being followed in Audiology in coordination with audiologists
- Ensure patients complete a BAHD fitting appointment
- Ensure timely arrival of external processor kits for activation appointment
- Initiate and track implant financial tracking sheet
Job Requirements:
- Experience in managing a group of professionals and coordinating medical care
- Experience in the local/regional or Seha system would be an added value
- Arabic and English speaking. Other languages would be a welcome addition
- Leadership experience in the medical healthcare or other service setting
- Degree in a medical or related field; having a graduate degree is an added value
- Demonstrates experience and excellence/success in customer care
