Job Description:
You will work with Head of Sales to address market in its entirety. You will work with SOL Sales team in Abu Dhabi and address different stakeholders in the market depending upon project circumstances. You are also required to deal with consultants for early engagement on opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Area Solution Sales of core Siemens BMS, Security and ELV systems
- Build long-term partnering relationships with Clients/ Contractors and actively participate in the decision-making process to drive the sales. Actively listen, probe and identify concerns.
- Monthly and quarterly forecast of order intake, relevant to targets assigned
- Review and define different market segments and accordingly form a strategy to address the needs with wide range of offerings with Siemens or 3rd party
- Develop strategic key account approach in coordination with BD team, especially with focus on Govt and semi Govt accounts
- Positively and credibly influence strategies with Client. To ensure the submission of competitive, high quality and timely estimates, proposals, and cost/benefit analysis in coordination with your team
