Job Description:
Serco is looking for a Driver/Plant Operator whose primary responsibility of this position is the operation of trucks/plant machinery. The identified candidate is also required to undertake general duties required and/or as directed by Manager/Administrator.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain all machinery and equipment (small) to a high standard
- Update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists and client information
- General Plant/Machine operation including road machinery (trailer and semi-trailer combinations,) as directed.
- Scanning and copying of documents and preparing outgoing mail for distribution as advised by Contract Administrator.
- The Driver/Plant Operator needs to be able to drive light and medium vehicles.
- Collect and deliver mail, invoices, payments and collections for Serco DA contract as required, and monitor incoming emails and answer or forward as required
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of Arabic language is preferred.
- UAE Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- A minimum of 1 year administrative experience
- A good knowledge of all office systems and office administration
- High School Diploma or Higher Secondary Education
- At minimum of 2 years’ driving experience in UAE
