As HR Administrator, you will join a team that is obsessive about delivering exceptional service where we believe that anything is possible, whilst having fun in all that we do!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Be the spokesperson for the Hotel with DHA and Medical Clinics.
  • Be responsible for the First Aid Team under Crisis Management Process.
  • Coordination of all medical reimbursements, and manage all medical emergencies with DHA and Hospitals.
  • Responsible to ensure time management of Staff Medical Scheme – i.e. addition and deletion of employees in the medical scheme and OHC Medical.
  • Be responsible for the First Aid Kits and Defibrillators in the Hotel and Accommodation.
  • Supports the smooth running of the Human Resources Department, where all areas of responsibility are managed and delivered to the highest levels

  • Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy
  • Experienced in using IT systems on various platforms
  • Proven experience in HR with excellent problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to find creative solutions, offering advice and recommendations
