Job Description:
To provide all the necessary document / data maintenance support to the Projects team and manage all the administrative responsibilities on site as required
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive documents and drawings, arrange necessary copies and distribute to different divisions as per site requirement
- Track and update the movement and status of document flow within the Company, notifying and escalating as and when required
- Ensure timely and accurate logging, tracking and distribution of all invoices as per the QS provided checklist
- Maintain and update all necessary records, files and database to comply with the Company regulations
- Assist project in charge on all project related correspondence and maintain records for future reference
Job Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1 – 2 years related experience from a similar industry
