Job Description:
Support the HR team members in completing assigned tasks
To assist the SVP-CEHR, by coordinating with the Admin and HR team with the day-to-day operations
Manage the HR department reception and coordinate reception activities and calls
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee staff attendance using the internal attendance system, prepare analysis and present it to the SVP as needed
- Manage the Job Description library by following internal procedures in a highly-organized manner for HR records.
- Handle all incoming visitors and calls directed to the HR Department by getting appropriate responses
- Manage incoming /outgoing department documents via internal and external courier services
- Manage calendar bookings for various HR meetings, inductions, internal discussions, etc.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma holder in any discipline
- Knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands on Executive support experience
- Excellent Written and Verbal English communication skills
- Dependent Visa / Personal Sponsorship Visa
