Job Responsibilities:
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports, answering or redirecting general inquiries in person, by telephone, or e-mail.
- Develop and maintain filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide necessary information to the finance department.
- Manage the pet relocation officer’s schedule and their work
- Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
- Performing ad hoc administrative duties as needed
- Petty cash management, Issues invoices, and collects payments.
- Handling client and vendor communication and documentation process.
Job Requirements:
- Attention to detail is required.
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- 2+ Years of previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field.
