Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports, answering or redirecting general inquiries in person, by telephone, or e-mail.
  • Develop and maintain filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide necessary information to the finance department.
  • Manage the pet relocation officer’s schedule and their work
  • Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
  • Performing ad hoc administrative duties as needed
  • Petty cash management, Issues invoices, and collects payments.
  • Handling client and vendor communication and documentation process.

Job Requirements:

  • Attention to detail is required.
  • Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • 2+ Years of previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field.
