Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

Aim to excel in operational processes within the organization and with different teams and come up with newer, more efficient processes if need be
Manage the category onsite while being on top of key trends, and ensuring the customer journey is optimized and relevant for that category
Stay up to date with new ideas/innovations within the industry
Work closely with Senior Site Merchandisers to assist with category goals and targets
Assist with liaising with different teams including CRM, Digital Marketing and the Commercial team to help with deals and specific call outs for campaigns
Obtain and analyze data on a regular basis using SQL and Excel which contributes to the category targets
Innovate and test new campaign ideas which will aim to improve conversion and retention of customers

Job Requirements:

GPA of over 3.5
An individual who works collaboratively and is comfortable working working in a dynamic and fast paced environment
A dedicated individual who has the drive to constantly learn and come up with new ideas
An individual who has strong project management, problem solving and organizational skills
Graduates with 0-2 years of experience, with a strong desire and passion for e-commerce
