Job Description:
Drive the operational monitoring and control of CTF transactions within the finance proposition’s Procedures and Governance in UAE, using applicable internal systems. Assist in identifying and establishing best practice policies, processes and systems to deliver efficiently while addressing operational risk and product/structural related credit risks.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure approved facilities along with related T&Cs are adequately loaded to operations systems, leaving no room for ambiguity while processing transactions at both bank and customer’s ends.
- Monitor the approved facility utilization notably as regards to the industry, commodity price, compliance and regulatory risks.
- Ensure utilization transactions and adequately monitored and controlled strictly in line with the respective approved structure and related terms and conditions.
- Authorize facility utilization requests for processing based on compliance with terms and conditions. Deviations/exceptions, if any, would be raised/escalated to coverage, commodity sales, or to CRM depending on type and nature.
- Prepare and raise periodic reports covering utilization, security position, Commodity price MTM and others relevant reports.
- Provide regular industry research reports and peer group analysis.
