Job Description:
As Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the Area Retail Manager Givenchy and Kenzo for Travel Retail (Scope : Indian subcontinent & Middle East =40% of total TR business). You will be field focused and accountable for all aspects of the day-to-day management and productivity of the Beauty Consultants (approx. 50 BAs).
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and analyze productivity of the BAs through daxium application
- Weekly and monthly report on actions conducted
- Make sure that BC grooming is as per brand guidelines
- Motivate the team thanks to creative challenges on shopfloor
- Manage all aspects of HR cycle of Beauty Consultants including recruitment, development…
- Analyze the productivity of the team post coaching
- Support on the commission scheme construction and calculation as well as target achievement
Job Requirements:
- Extremely field orientated with the ability to Travel regularly around the region (note around 2/3rd of your time)
- Curious, creative, dynamic, and proactive personality, who’s autonomous and able to multitask while respecting deadlines
- Must be fluent in English, Arabic is a plus
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a field position and experience in building an effective teams
