Job Description:

The Financial Controller will be responsible for supporting the Management Team in achieving the company’s business and financial measures for Middle East region. This role will partner with the business functions in Middle East and in Europe and deliver high level financial information on time

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monthly Outlook /Estimates (on request / ad-hoc basis)
  • Development and maintenance of systems and tools necessary for accurate follow-up and management (Store database, Sephora systems, CRF files, Store profitability etc)
  • Participate in month-end close process & deliver of financial and management reports per company’s schedule
  • Ensure data accuracy in area of responsibility (Sales, Margin, Marketing, Shop Payroll)
  • Timely submission of forecasts in the Sephora systems
  • Improvement and maintenance of forecasting consolidation tools at Middle East level

Job Requirements:

  • Analytical thinking, always looking for opportunities for improvement
  • Advanced Excel and Reporting systems understanding skills
  • Business partnering skills – strong interpersonal skills with ability to build trusting relationships with different stakeholders in France and Middle East
  • High level of accuracy, with an eye for details while keeping the big picture in sight

Qualification & Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in FP&A, business partnering or controlling roles
