Job Responsibilities:
- Share Full P&l Responsibility With Store Manager; Follow The Business Strategic Growth Plans With Retail Director And Implement Actions Effectively To Develop Profitable Revenue
- Suggest Monthly Targets And Drive Team On Achieving
- Regularly Analyze The Store’s Performance And Implement The Right Action Plans Where Needed
- Be The Link Between The Store Management And The Rest Of The Team; Provide The Relevant And Regular Analysis And Feedbacks On Your Team And Store Performance, Identifing The Needs Of The Business To The Store And Retail Manager
- Monititor And Drive Performance And Coordinatate With Merchendishing, Clienteling, Hr, Supply Chain, Retail And Ops Teams To Achieve Targets

Qualification & Experience:
- Post-secondary School Education, I.e. Professional Programmes Or Courses After Mandatory Secondary School, Within Any Of The Following Disciplines; Hospitality, Vm, Retail, Fashion, Customer Service Or Organization Of Events.
