Job Description:
Should be responsible for launching and continuous implementation of the shopping mall, mall events plan and budget. An understanding of budgeting, planning, advertising, promotion, community relations, public relations and sponsorship would be advantageous.
Job Responsibilities:
- To enhance corporate image by organizing diverse marketing & promotion programs.
- Monitors all digital (website, social, e-newsletter) analytics on a regular basis strategically increasing results and impact to the Center.
- Manage a team to plan events, campaigns & promotions.
- To lead and manage the overall Marketing functions of the mall business.
- Implementing the relevant marketing strategies and conducting customer segmentation through understanding the market trends and customers’ needs.
- Budget planning, P&L responsibility on the departmental expenses.
- Maintaining excellent relationship with both local and international media and communities to develop marketing and advertising plans
- Work closely with shop tenants and leasing team on joint promotions activities.
Job Requirements:
- Commercial acumen in understanding of retail marketing in particular the drivers of shopping
- Between 6 – 8 years of marketing experience from Retail/ Shopping Mall/ Events Industry.
- Bachelor’s degree
