Job Description:

The role is responsible for providing system support to Finance function by creating new files, reports, vendors and by uploading necessary montly data in the system. It also acts as point of contact for resolving Oracle and INFOR interface issues and coordination with bank for payment and collection related issues.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Creating new vendor & customer in OFIN based on documents provided by COE/Concept
  • Monthly concept wise Adjusted budget upload in ofin + concept wise Adjusted budget sales STAT upload in ofin for common OH Allocation
  • Supporting to end user (In Ofin all module PO – AP – AR – FA – GL )
  • Daily clearing of bank entries and monthly BRS for all FF banks
  • Transfer of funds to maintain adequate bank balance for vendor payments
  • Running system Allocation (Common OH) in Ofin
  • Loan interest provision and tracking
  • Accounting AR entries, reconciling AR balances with Customer SOA
  • Supplier Autopayment (SCB- bank) – XML file creation in Ofin; MFTP – PGP & Process; UAT test (Payment ) & support
  • Single Entity (Merging the Hospitality GL grouping with Retail GL grouping for audit )
