Job Description:

We are looking to hire an accountant cum Administrator to join our rapidly growing team!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with the suppliers, banks and auditors (internal and external audit) Payroll processing and payment.
  • Processing and coordination of employee’s medical insurance other office administrative tasks as needed.
  • Verifying ensuring the financial transactions are properly recorded and accounted for as per the company system.
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly & annual accounting activities and financial reports. Coordination and Financial reporting to company owner.
  • Cash management including payment and receipts processing (ex. petty cash, cheque, online bank transfer & payment).
  • Administrative Assistant. collection, purchasing, and Arrangements on visa & human resource related matters. Maintenance and replenishment of office and pantry supplies.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be a Graduate with (Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting) should have at least 2- 4 years of experience in Accounting and Admin Assistant experience.
  • Advanced computer skills in MS Office especially in Excel. Good communication skills.
