Job Responsibilities:
- Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information
- Providing assistance to the HR team in employee travel requests.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications
- Collaborate with the Recruiter to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes
- Support the recruitment process and the induction of the new joiners
- Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
- Provide support to the team and general HR initiatives as required
- Administration and record keeping of leaves where applicable
Job Requirements:
- Effective oral and written communication skills are required.
- Knowledge of UAE Labor Law
- Proven work experience as an HR administrative assistant.
- Experience with MS Office applications (Excel – Pivot Tables , word – Formatting documents , power point, Visio) & HRIS systems knowledge (Workday/SAP, etc).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
