Job Responsibilities:

  • Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information
  • Providing assistance to the HR team in employee travel requests.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications
  • Collaborate with the Recruiter to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes
  • Support the recruitment process and the induction of the new joiners
  • Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
  • Provide support to the team and general HR initiatives as required
  • Administration and record keeping of leaves where applicable

Job Requirements:

  • Effective oral and written communication skills are required.
  • Knowledge of UAE Labor Law
  • Proven work experience as an HR administrative assistant.
  • Experience with MS Office applications (Excel – Pivot Tables , word – Formatting documents , power point, Visio) & HRIS systems knowledge (Workday/SAP, etc).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
