Job Description:

An opportunity has arisen for a Mixologist in Jumeirah Al Naseem.

Job Responsibilities:

Delivers best in class drinks to specification consistently
Maintains high levels of cleanliness in the working environment and ensures that daily cleaning rota’s are adhered
Has trained and fully complies with all H&S standards
Has impeccable knowledge of all products in the portfolio and can make all drinks as per the brand standard.
Has a good knowledge of all beverages beyond those stocked in the restaurant and has a working knowledge of classic cocktails and drinks.

Minimum 2 year working experience in a luxury hotel
Additional language skills preferable (i.e., Arabic, French, Russian, German, Italian).
Hospitality diploma or degree (preferable)
