Job Description:
An opportunity has arisen for Bell Attendant, Concierge in Jumeirah Al Naseem.
Job Responsibilities:
- Record any guest deliveries on the appropriate form.
- To transport the guest’s luggage to his/her room in an efficient and courteous manner ensuring no damage is caused to the luggage or contents.
- Always greet the guest with a smile and where possible address them by name.
- Record any luggage deliveries and storages accurately on the correct form.
- Always have a smiling, helpful and friendly attitude towards colleagues and guests alike and always provide a courteous and professional service.
- Perform related tasks and duties as assigned and deemed responsible by management.
Job Requirements:
- Good English skills.
- An experience of 5-star luxury properties.
- Additional Language is an advantage (Arabic, Russian, French, German).
- Knowledge of front office application.
