Job Responsibilities:

  • Create maintain and provide accurate timely sales reports and forecast
  • Achieve or exceed or exceeding allocated sales target to contribute to company’s sales and returns objectives
  • Keeping records and documentation to be aligned with rules, policies, regulations and procedures
  • Provide, weekly and daily sales activities’ report to direct manager to ensure target and other KPI’s are on track
  • Maintaining awareness of automotive industry, technical developments, market trends, competitor analysis and Auto Finance knowledge to help achieve personal target and company’s objectives and provide feedback for future planning
  • Follow the KIA Sales process standards ( Prospecting, meeting, negotiating, … delivering etc.) to deliver highest lead of customer service to achieve company’s objectives of customer loyalty and retention

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • UAE driver’s license and Own a car
  • Microsoft applications ability to work on
  • Self motivated and ability to work under pressure
  • Fluency in English language

Qualification & Experience:

  • 2- 3 years experience in Sales (preferably in Auto sales or auto Finance)
  • University degree in business or equivalent
