Job Responsibilities:

  • Attends customers’ needs and understand their requirements, in order to handle the enquiries quickly and properly.
  • Maintains an up to date knowledge of personnel, procedures and promotions.
  • Welcomes and greats all customers and escorts them to the right staff to ensure Customer needs are attended properly.
  • Supports Sales team whenever necessary.
  • Handles all incoming calls, takes messages and forwards calls to relevant team members.

Job Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Presentable, well organized, friendly and polite and good communication skills
  • Good behavioral and functional competencies required
  • Good Command of English
  • Minimum Educational, Professional and Vocational qualifications required.
