Job Responsibilities:
- Attends customers’ needs and understand their requirements, in order to handle the enquiries quickly and properly.
- Maintains an up to date knowledge of personnel, procedures and promotions.
- Welcomes and greats all customers and escorts them to the right staff to ensure Customer needs are attended properly.
- Supports Sales team whenever necessary.
- Handles all incoming calls, takes messages and forwards calls to relevant team members.
Job Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience
- Presentable, well organized, friendly and polite and good communication skills
- Good behavioral and functional competencies required
- Good Command of English
- Minimum Educational, Professional and Vocational qualifications required.
