Job Responsibilities:
- To follow up the other brand elevators
- Prepare quotations for repair and improvement works.
- Follow up the lost service contract with customers
- Supporting the renovation offering
- Provides supports to the after sales manager in Answering product queries to meet the customer requirement.
- Ensure smooth conversion of the free maintenance offers into maintenance contracts.
- Prepare contracts in Arabic and English
- Handle invoicing, billing and collection follow up for Maintenance and repair work conducted.
- Follow up on maintenance contracts and renewals.
- Contribute to achieving department’s business objectives by meeting assigned goals
- Review and discuses everything with customer regarding the quotations and contracts, generates quotations,
- To attend meeting with customers.
- To coordinate inspection team for elevator survey
Job Requirements:
- Negotiation skills
- 4-5 years experience in the same field in UAE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Excellent in English Language, Arabic Would be an advantage.
- Computer skills
