Job Responsibilities:
- Work on external & internal audit requirements & testing.
- Handing over petty cash related transactions and collecting the cheques from bank.
- Follow up matters with other departments to ensure smooth operations and efficiency.
- Handing over the collected payment to Trans guard I Bank.
- Perform other duties and assignments from the Management with flexibility of duty time as and when required.
- Preparing Daily Deposit Report Cash I CDC /PDC and Deposit through Transguard.
- Implementation of company policy and procedures & adherence to management directives.
- Risk mitigation and process development.
- Ensure all supporting documents are completed and getting necessary approvals for all transactions.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounts department.
- Well experience and knowledge in MS Office.
- Excellent communication skills and office management skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
