Job Responsibilities:

  • Work on external & internal audit requirements & testing.
  • Handing over petty cash related transactions and collecting the cheques from bank.
  • Follow up matters with other departments to ensure smooth operations and efficiency.
  • Handing over the collected payment to Trans guard I Bank.
  • Perform other duties and assignments from the Management with flexibility of duty time as and when required.
  • Preparing Daily Deposit Report Cash I CDC /PDC and Deposit through Transguard.
  • Implementation of company policy and procedures & adherence to management directives.
  • Risk mitigation and process development.
  • Ensure all supporting documents are completed and getting necessary approvals for all transactions.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounts department.
  • ​Well experience and knowledge in MS Office.
  • Excellent communication skills and office management skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
