Job Responsibilities:

  • Stays in constant touch with the Line Manager for guidance, reviews outstanding quotations, updates on the market and advises improvement of system in order to comply with the quality policy.
  • Sells assigned products to all sectors whether they are private companies, Government Departments or individuals.
  • Maintains an excellent technical knowledge about the company products.
  • Acts as a link between client and Service Dept. in order to ensure total customer satisfaction.
  • Convinces the customer post sales to take service/maintenance contract.
  • Finds new prospects through media or by cold calls and try to turn them into clients.
  • Follows up on the collection of outstanding payment. In case of any default, reports the case to the Department Head.
  • Gathers information about competitors’ products, catalogues, prices, advantages and disadvantages awareness.

Job Requirements:

  • Analytical thinking, articulate personality and ability to work under pressure
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Arabic Language is an added value

Qualification & Experience:

  • BSC in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical)
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Industrial and Construction Equipment Sales
