Job Description:
We are looking for an HR Administrator to support our Human Resources department. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.
Job Responsibilities:
- Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
- Revise company policies and procedures
- Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates)
- Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g., leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules)
- Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
- Organize and maintain personnel records
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contract and new hire guides
- Answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues
- Take over any other tasks and special projects which arise during business.
- Update internal databases (e.g., record sick or maternity leave)
- Participate in HR projects (e.g., help organize colleagues’ events and activities)
Job Requirements:
- You will bring with your strong interpersonal skills and excellent command of written and spoken English.
- You should be enthusiastic, spontaneous, and emphatic.
- The ideal candidate will be detailed-oriented and a self-motivated along with a positive attitude.
- Ideally, the candidate should possess a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in the Hotel Industry.
- You should have the ability to think laterally and display a high level of integrity. You are a strong team player, enthusiastic and flexible.
