Job Description:

The Business Development Manager (BDM) is one of the most crucial and impactful roles in our company and we take great pride in the quality of team members that hold this role. The BDM is responsible to own the complete B2B (offices, companies, etc) sales process in order to acquire new accounts from the corporate sector.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Find new ways of approaching corporate accounts and convincing them to join InstaShop.
  • Plan, organize, and execute business development programs
  • Provide feedback towards improving the applications and the processes of the company
  • Build Relations with the key decision makers of corporate accounts and present InstaShop as an alternative to traditional office supply purchasing
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive database of accounts for the U.A.E.
  • Assist and cooperate with other Business Development Managers

Job Requirements:

  • Business or engineering related bachelor/masters preferred
  • Able to quickly adapt and take advantage of seemingly unfavorable
  • Top class persuasive skills
  • Excellent written, and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Negotiation experience
  • Superb clarity in communication and commercial awareness
