Job Description:
The role holder will be responsible for driving sales across all areas assigned. The role holder is responsible for maximizing sales performance, store operating profits, customer service as well as overseeing overall multiple store operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maximizes productivity in stores through effective deployment of resources; controls costs within budgetary guidelines (overtime, stock and consumables) through efficient store operations
- Ensures all the stores are in compliance with all employment and state laws, health and safety standards
- Ensures that the team is adequately trained in inventory management techniques such as in-bound and out bound movement of goods, receiving, stocking, restocking, transfers and managing inventory discrepancies
- Ensures that store schedules reflect a store staffing model that meets customer needs
- Ensures that all relevant communications are relayed in a timely manner to store management
Job Requirements:
- MS Office and Tools
- Industry expertise/Product/category knowledge/Customer Orientation
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- A minimum of 10 – 12 years of relevant experience with at least 6 years in a similar role in retail operations
