Job Description:
The role holder is responsible for ensuring effective implementation of Marketing activities across the relevant focus area: Events, PR, Social media, Corporate Communication, Retail Brand Marketing, etc., to support the marketing strategy and objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives
- Manages social media presence through effective handling of the company’s social media accounts with social media companies such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube etc. on daily basis
- Maintains records of marketing expenses, agency fees and regularly updates management on budget expenditure and overall costs
- Creates and manages periodic communication summary report of all social media activities to keep the team abreast of ongoing and completed initiatives
- Maintains and tracks data to analyze and monitor the effectiveness of various aspects of social media campaigns such as community, traffic, conversations and engagements, leads and conversions
- Translates the Marketing objectives into clear, concise and understood briefs; ensures execution as per business standard
Job Requirements:
- Creative thinking skills
- Strong English and Arabic language skills (written and spoken)
- Communication skills
- Awareness of social media trends
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations or any relevant discipline
- A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience
