Job Description:

Manage and support the execution of QA strategy in accordance with the customer to ensure that contractual requirements are being maintained.

Job Responsibilities:

Recommend potential external consultants/ providers to be used for design, development and/or delivery of compliance and Quality initiatives.
Provide direction to ACMMs on how to improve maintenance, repair, and overhaul services from a compliance and Quality perspective.
Provide on-the-job training and constructive feedback to subordinates to support their overall development.
Plan, develop, and provide aviation QA programs, leveraging knowledge of QHSE effectiveness methods.
Support and develop opportunities to encourage knowledge and skill transfer to the UAE National workforce.
Develop, implement and manage the QA program – utilizing a combination of internal and external resources.

Quality profession related certifications or credentials preferred.
Demonstrated competence in executive level communication techniques.
Prior military and aviation experience in Quality Assurance standards and civilian regulation.
Project Management course work with PMP preferred
Master Degree is preferred
Minimum of 10 to 15 Years Experience working in an Aviation Quality Assurance Managerial role
Bachelor degree in Aerospace maintenance/ engineering/ quality management discipline or equivalent experience
