Job Description:

Global Aerospace Logistics, LLC is seeking for Manager – Aviation Maintenance responsible for the overall day-to-day functions of the maintenance department functions, reports directly to and carries out directives from the Operations Manager on all related to maintenance programs and operations and manages all maintenance planning, administrative, and resource management activities. Duties are:-

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain a close liaison with Production Control and Maintenance Team Leads to provide the current status of aircraft and forecast down-times.
Must ensure that all personnel have the tools, equipment, and training in order to support the mission requirements.
Determine maintenance personnel requirements based on present and projected workloads.
Ensures all primary and recurrent training activities of all maintenance personnel is maintained, assure that personnel are trained on new model aircraft before being assigned to duties on those aircraft.
Responsible for the direction of all activities including comprehensive phase inspections, modifications, and the repair of aircraft structure, engines, and accessories in absence of the Manager
Responsible for the oversight, guidance, and counselling of all section managers must ensure that all Team Leads are conducting productive and positive oversight of their sections

Job Requirements:

Must be able to read, write and understand English
Bachelor’s in any aviation discipline is preferred. Master’s Degree highly desired.
Minimum of 10 Years of Aviation Maintenance direct related civilian experience as an aviation safety professional.
Must have strong knowledge of FAA, EASA, etc. and/or equivalent Army maintenance practices including The Army Maintenance Management System for Aviation (TAMMS-A)
Minimum of 5 Years in management
FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate or industry equivalent
