Job Responsibilities:

To inspect all facilities, furniture and fixtures and report any damage to the Team Leader for action and follow-up.
To re-stock the trolley for the next day.
To collect and dispose of garbage from guest rooms and all the Public Areas.
To clean and store all the equipment in its proper place.
To clean peripheral areas of the Hotel
To liaise with Laundry concerning linen collection and receipt of clean linen ensuring the best possible service is achieved
To ensure that any linen requiring minor repairs is given to the tailor for mending
Ensures that the housekeeping policies, systems, procedures and standards are followed on the floor.
Ensure safety and hygiene standards are followed on the floor.
To clean exit staircases and pantries on the floor level assigned to.
To clean and water plants and pots in the public areas.
To re-stock janitor for the next day.
To clean all back of house areas and toilets, lockers and offices as per standard set by the hotel.
To Cleans drive ways and car parking.
To do special general cleaning in guest rooms as per Housekeeping schedule and occupancy level.
