Job Description:
Assessment of utility patterns and energy profile based on remote energy monitoring to prepare report and provide recommendations on most energy and cost efficient solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage energy performance analysis, including on-site data collection, sub-metering data analysis, energy and water cost analysis.
- Participate in business development and community outreach campaigns.
- Conduct site visits for feasibility of Solar PV system including residential and commercial buildings and generate reports.
- Responsible for validating the energy/water performance, water savings from conservation measures for new and existing facilities.
- Coordinate and follow up with suppliers for retrofit equipment.
- Hands on experience on energy measuring equipment.
- Deliver broad and customer specific insights through written reports, presentations, and customer visits.
- Performing regression analysis based on variables impacting energy and water consumption in commercial buildings.
- Conduct historical utility billing and facility benchmarking analysis.
- Assist the team in auditing activities, data collection and analysis for on-site energy audits that are focused on mechanical system, control systems and lighting energy efficiency opportunities.
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge on HVAC system, energy efficiency and solar PV system.
- Strong written and oral communication skills for customer interaction and report writing.
Qualification & Experience:
- Must have Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Energy Engineering
- CEM/CMVP certification is Mandatory
