Job Responsibilities:

Guide the team to perform troubleshooting with robust solutions to ensure system recovery with minimal or no disruptions to operations.
Ensure optimum output at all times while proposing recommendations for improvements and act as a role model by adopting a positive attitude at all times.
Drive and implement vigorous, realistic as per Zanotti maintenance schedules are in place and monitor performance against the schedule.
Oversee equipment calibration and certifications of the advance central Refrigeration systems are maintained in timely manner.
Develop programs focused on improving utility system capacity, capability, sustainability, and control while generally reducing total delivered costs.
Lead the team in ensuring adherence to all safe working practices in accordance with safety legislation, operational safety of all employees, equipment and assets at all times.

Job Requirements:

8 years of relevant experience handling maintenance & repair of advanced centralZanotti Refrigeration system, with background experience in the Frozen Foods, Ice Cream Industry or Refrigeration Equipment manufacturers’.
Experience and sound knowledge on troubleshooting and faults identification and rectification in, Chiller racks, Blast Chiller rack, Freezer racks, Ice machines, Cold room and Cabinets, BMS, and Chiller/Freezer/Blast Chiller racks and Danfoss/ Dixell and emersion control system.
Strong background in vessels, heat exchangers, and materials is required including experience with ASME codes.
Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Refrigeration Systems Programming.
Strong industry standard knowledge for pumps, compressors, condensers, piping, valves and controls for the utilities and ammonia refrigeration systems are required.
