Job Description: 

The job holder is responsible for the day to day operations of Reel Cinemas and in assisting the Theatre Manager in all aspects of the operations ensuring outstanding experience for Reel Cinema customers.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Supervises the team in Box Office, Concessions, retail, coffee shop, lounges and ushering.
  • Manages the attendance of the team within the shift schedule.
  • Ensures security of cash, tickets, stubs, stock and equipment in Reel Cinemas
  • Provides exceptional customer service to Reel Cinemas customers and deals with them in professional manner at all times.
  • Delegates work with clear work instructions and provide performance feedback to team members.
  • Ensures uniform standard, operational practices, company policies, hygiene and quality standards are adhered to by all the
  • Theatre Executives and Customer Care Representatives.
  • Handles customer’s issues and concerns appropriately.

Job Requirements: 

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in relevant industry.
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • School completion + atleast 1 year additional certificate course/diploma
  • Excellent English AND Arabic language skills required.
