Job Description:
Dubai Islamic Bank is recruiting for a Manager – Finance under our subsidiary DIFS (Dubai Islamic Financial Services), to manage, organize and monitor all financial activities of the Company including financial planning, financial operations, the preparation of current financial reports as well as summaries and forecasts for future business growth and general economic outlook in order to ensure the company will achieve the financial goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor the budget and plans of company, to continuously update the CEO of the status and required changes.
- Monitor all the reporting and accounting activities in order to ensure they are done as per regulatory and legal requirements.
- Liaise with the internal and external auditors, facilitate their work and ensure proper disposition of their observations.
- Manage the preparation of all financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, reports to shareholders, and reports for government regulatory agencies in order to present the reports to the management.
- To assist the DIFS – CEO in presenting the company’s financial position to the board of directors on regular basis.
Job Requirements:
- Financial Budgeting and Forecasting
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree. MBA in accounting or finance or a Professional qualification such as CA or CPA will be a plus
- Regulatory and Compliance Knowledge
- Minimum of 6-8 years of work experience in financial management.
