Job Description:

Dubai Islamic Bank is recruiting for an Executive Secretary.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize the office and meetings calendar, travel plans and all documents of the Line Manager.
  • Manage and organize paper and electronic office files to ensure an efficient and effective filing system in the department.
  • Ordering and maintaining stationery supplies and forms of the department.
  • Review, follow up and archive all the departmental approval requests.
  • Draft business communications, memos, letters, presentations, e-mails… etc in a professional manner whenever it is required.
  • Filter all incoming mail documents, correspondence and attend and route telephone calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Scheduling the department meetings, booking rooms and arranging the logistics, preparing agenda, confirming attendees and taking care of all affairs related to the meetings.

Job Requirements:

  • Problem-solving skills & a solution-oriented approach
  • Strong admin background
  • Travel agency background and experience with complex travel arrangements (visa, flight, hotel and transportation) is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience with minimum of 3 years corporate background.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
  • Can work independently on various office administration tasks with minimum supervision
  • Complex travel arrangement experience
