Job Description:
The purpose of this position is to provide a comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the to the team and individual members of staff in order to facilitate and support team’s day-to-day tasks and support the efficient delivery of the team’s key objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for meetings including minute taking, word processing of agendas, minutes and standard letters.
- Organize business travel logistics and arrangements for transportation and hotels for the team members.
- Prepare PowerPoint slides / documentation for meetings.
- Assist with the general office and clerical duties – filing, internal/external post, diary appointments, switchboard relief etc.
- Arrange various events (meetings, conferences etc.) as per the team’s requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent verbal & written English & Arabic
- Minimum diploma
- Preferably experienced in writing letters and official communication in both Arabic and English.
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Access & Outlook
