Job Description:
As HR Business Partner, you would be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units and serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues.
Job Responsibilities:
- You will also be responsible to identify and prepare development plans for the key employees and high potential employees and identify employees ready for the promotion and rotates best talents across different functions in the organization.
- You will be managing complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally, build strong business relationship with the internal client and acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management.
- You will be responsible to formulate partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
Job Requirements:
- To be successful you would ideally possess minimum 7 years of experience in Human Resources responsible in HR Management with a full understanding of all HR functions with vast knowledge in UAE Labour Laws having a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
