Job Description:

Build, design, and deploy servers and enterprise level systems using various technologies as identified from time to time in order to support business requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

Monitor and resolve hardware and/or software failures and resolve technical and capacity issues to minimize service disruption.
Provide support to the Application development teams.
Design, create, maintain, test, and execute Disaster Recovery plan for identified critical systems.
Perform day-to-day maintenance of underlying physical infrastructure including firmware upgrades, etc. and maintain current patch levels on all systems where applicable.
Provide consultation and guidance regarding the planning of future service additions and modifications.
Research and evaluate new technologies and recommend implementation of existing and new application software (applications, operating systems, etc.), hardware, and maintenance for performance enhancement.
Perform system software installations and upgrades to OS & System software and provide 2nd level support on all environments.
