Currently, we are seeking a dynamic person to take on the role of PRO Administrator- MEA, based in Dubai, UAE.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure office supplies are always maintained (pantry supplies, stationery supplies, etc)
  • Visa processing for Middle East Africa Regional Office / PRO.(includes medical, EID, and Attestation of relevant documents from MOFA)
  • pre-onboarding process for new employees (ensure electronic gadgets, Access cards, business cards, temporary accommodation, etc are requested before arrival)
  • Maintains and renews the Company License with DWC
  • Maintains relationship with the corporate bank (HSBC) for opening bank accounts for new employees and corporate credit cards and other bank-related matters such as company bank signatories.
  • Visa processing for family visas of New employees from overseas (includes medical, EID, and Attestation of relevant documents from MOFA)

Job Requirements:

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Able to work on own initiative and independently
  • Excellent command of English language & Arabic Speaking (business requirement)
  • Good interpersonal and time management skills
