Job Description:
Reporting to the Boutique Manager, you will be part of the Watches and Fine Jewellery sales team within Mall of the Emirates Fashion boutique and will contribute to the development of sales by offering our clients the highest level of customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Actively recruit new prospects from Fashion and convert to Watches and Fine Jewellery clients
- Advise, guide and help clients by providing information on our collections
- Create a luxurious experience for every client entering our boutique in line with Chanel’s exceptional services
- Set up lasting and trustful relationships with clients trough attentive, proactive and personalized clienteling actions
- Handle aftersales cases with confidence, tact and discretion by providing suitable solutions
- Ensure clients are welcomed in warm, personalized and engaging manner in order to create strong relationships with them and encourage brand loyalty
Job Requirements:
- You have a solid understanding of client service and operations in the boutique.
- You have 5 years of experience in a luxury Retail environment, preferably in Watches & Jewellery.
- Your interpersonal, communication and influencing skills will be real assets to succeed in this position.
- You are passionate about Watches and Fine Jewellery and have a strong Fashion sensitivity.
