Job Description:

The role of Sales & Account Manager calls for a rare combination of negotiation expertise, relationship management, business strategy, operational excellence and problem solving. Other areas of responsibilities include:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with internal teams: Work closely with internal stakeholders from Marketing to Supply to Customer Care and Finance to ensure meeting growth objectives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Analysis: Analyze data on accounts performance and quantify your actions. All decisions should be backed up by data to improve performance of key accounts.
  • Growth: You are responsible for driving business growth of existing Accounts and improving on their commercial and operational performance ensuring they are succeeding on Careem. You also drive growth by adding new High value brands to the platform.
  • Performance Meetings: You complete partner performance periodic business reviews and draw out next month’s plans based on what was discussed.
  • Key Account Management: Develop strong long-lasting relationships as the main point of contact between Food Partners and Careem. You are responsible to lead the relationships with high profile F&B Operators, Cloud Kitchens and Restaurants.

Job Requirements:

  • Knowledge of the F&B restaurants industry
  • Strong problem solving skills, ability to bounce back from set backs and high adaptability to change.
  • Ability to establish and lead relationships with high profile partners.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, humble, fun and down to earth.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Previous experience in Account Management and Commercial roles
  • Demonstrate experience using Microsoft Office tools and related project/program management applications to drive best practice
