Job Responsibilities:
- Reconciliation of TB Schedules- Ensuring proper justification and back up of various assigned TB clearing accounts and also analysing the same for timely clearance.
- Controls on payments for automotive including local supplier payment, Petty cash and Principal payments
- Incentive Calculation- Calculate and review the staff incentive for all vehicle division staff monthly basis as per the approved policy
- Conducting stock count for all the spare parts branch.
- MIS reporting – To increase efficiency & quality of accounting and resultant timely MIS reporting for Spare parts Nissan and Renault
- Coordinates with Warehouse team for claims submitted, and carry out system inventory adjustments from Principal suppliers and insurance CO
- Approving landed costing for Nissan & Renault shipments
- Process Improvement- Improvement in proactive business analysis and support – Automation of MIS using Power BI & other such interactive tools and timely completion of GIT projects etc.
- Inventory Management and Landed costing
Job Requirements:
- Advanced MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Able to deliver quality work under strict deadlines, process improvement mindset.
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum 4-5 years of similar experience in finance Revenue and Treasury function
- Masters / Professional degree in finance and accounting
- Experience in Oracle EBS / Hyperion / Power BI
