Job Responsibilities:

  • Closely monitoring the utilization of the Marketing Materials inside the stores
  • Follow up with suppliers on delivery date of the printing material
  • Helps in managing the allocated marketing budget effectively for control & effective utilization.
  • Prepares certain marketing reports (product mix, sales mix , mode of service )
  • Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
  • Coordinates with the advertising agencies to accomplish various advertising and promotional activities.
  • Developing Local store marketing activities for under-performing restaurants
  • Coordinates with the operations for implementation of planned marketing activities

Job Requirements:

  • Operations/Restaurant Management experience is a strong asset
  • IT Skills: Excellent MS Office specially PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Initiative – self-motivated
  • University degree with minimum 1-year experience in the field, and a BA in business/marketing or equivalent is strongly preferred
  • Language Skills: Fluent Arabic and English (Oral/Written)
