Job Description:

Associate – sales and catering will be responsible for driving growth within Americana’s QSR & CDR brands sourcing locations and executing projects for our adaptive retail formats and large-scale events segment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Negotiating commercials and finalize contracts.
  • Driving revenue growth through pre-defined revenue streams including 1, Events 2, Adaptive retail
  • Oversee the entire project life cycle for contracts secured with each segment.
  • Identify and source locations where Americana can utilize food trailers, concession units, kiosk and multi format container
  • kitchens for seasonal and semi-permanent restaurants offering a tailored format to each specific the location.
  • Events – Initiate and develop quality leads building continual growth by targeting all major events, concerts and food festivals happening within the region, coupled with the ability to oversee the operations teams ensuring expectations are exceeded.

Job Requirements:

  • Good understanding of P&L and feasibility studies
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Good presentation skills
  • Strong planning and organization skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Sourcing and negotiating retail real locations within the UAE
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Must have strong project management experience
