Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits and prepare presentations
- Source and connect with potential buyers (both push and pull sourcing)
- Coordinate unit handover process with Property Management and other relevant parties to ensure client satisfaction for assigned properties.
- Actively search for clients and leads- Update CRM daily with all the Leads and Listings
- Issue sales proposals to potential tenants
- Own quarterly sales targets as per the annual overall sales target.
Job Requirements:
- Significant exposure to GCC and UAE real estate market
- Solid track record and experience in tenant/customer relationship management
- Business-level+ command of Arabic and English, written and verbal
- Excellent conflict resolution/management skills
- Bachelor’s degree is an added value
- Diploma degree in business administration/management, or equivalent is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Min of 5+ years in residential real estate sales with a track record of sales of 100million AED per annum.
