Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site visits and prepare presentations
  • Source and connect with potential buyers (both push and pull sourcing)
  • Coordinate unit handover process with Property Management and other relevant parties to ensure client satisfaction for assigned properties.
  • Actively search for clients and leads- Update CRM daily with all the Leads and Listings
  • Issue sales proposals to potential tenants
  • Own quarterly sales targets as per the annual overall sales target.

Job Requirements:

  • Significant exposure to GCC and UAE real estate market
  • Solid track record and experience in tenant/customer relationship management
  • Business-level+ command of Arabic and English, written and verbal
  • Excellent conflict resolution/management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree is an added value
  • Diploma degree in business administration/management, or equivalent is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Min of 5+ years in residential real estate sales with a track record of sales of 100million AED per annum.
