Job Description:

To plan and ensure execution of ATI Beauty marketing campaigns, promotions and events, in full alignment with the policies and procedures of the Al Tayer Group (ATG) and the Brand / Principals guidelines

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant Principal requirements and guidelines, ensuring that all the respective brands within the BU apply and adhere to the guidelines across all managed marketing activities
Develop and execute BTL ,POS and marketing collateral in line with marketing objectives and ensure quality production of the same
Guide and motivate subordinates to enhance performance and produce quality work, and ensure that they are continuously developed for higher level roles
Assist the Division Marketing manager in developing and executing campaigns & tactical initiatives across all marketing functions, throughout and across the BP according to the specific and identified needs of the BU
Responsible for bringing cohesion to marketing process and campaign reporting across cross functional teams in marketing ,ensuring implementation as per agreement with Brand Partners
Maintain coordination will all ATG stakeholders to ensure full awareness of forthcoming collections / styles and communication opportunities

Job Requirements:

Should be able to communicate effectively and have excellent negotiation skills
Strong understand of luxury beauty landscape
Must have a good command of English. Arabic language skills would be an advantage
Should be able to lead and motivate teams

Qualification & Experience:

6+ of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role working with/for brand conscious organizations in a relevant retail industry
Graduate or Post Graduate Degree, preferably in the field of Business, Marketing Management or Mass Communications
